Vi trænger til sikker kosttilskud.
Selv om vi bor i Middelhavs området og har mulighed for at få en sund daglig kost, indtager vi alligevel kosttilskud i form af vitaminer og mineraler. Vi føler, at det er vigtigt at stimulere og forbedre de sunde funktioner i kroppen. Og samtidig ved vi også, at de grønsager og de frugter vi dyrker ikke har den samme nærings værdi længere, hvilket skyldes forurening og andre miljømæssige årsager.

Bargemon, Bed and Breakfast 500 meter over havet.
Tænk, at sidde i Provence i vores skønne hus med udsigt ud over bjergene næsten lige så langt øjet rækker og skrive tanker der maser sig på.
Hvis man ikke rigtig er klar over, hvor man befinder sig, så Google Bargemon og man vil se, at vi bor ca. 30 minutter fra havet og godt og vel en time fra Nice lufthavn.
Bargemon i Var
Den maleriske landsby Bargemon er 480 m over havet og kaldes "Perle du Var". Ikke langt fra Middelhavet ved Frejus, Saint Raphael, Saint-Tropez og Cannes, det er beliggende nær nabobyerne Callas, Claviers, Seillans, Fayence og også Lac de Sainte-Croix, St. Cassien og Gorges du Verdon med lavendelmarker der leverer til Grasse parfumerier.
I Bargemon finder du charmerende restauranter, smuk landsby arkitektur, fred og afslapning. Selv i højsæsonen er Bargemon balsamisk med bløde briser og lyden af de mange springvand.
Malere og forfattere har altid været tiltrukket af Bargemon som fejrer med lokal kunst og musik

festivaler hele året rundt. Place Philippe Chauvier har en kosmopolitisk atmosfære og at sidde på pladsen giver dig mulighed for at indtage livet og travlheden i landsbyen sammen med en kop kaffe og/eller en pastis.
Vores hus er også lidt af en perle. Huset er sammenbygget af 4 mindre byhuse på i alt ca. 230 kvadratmeter. Inklusive 4 sydvendte terrasser, hvilket godt kan gøre det svært at vælge, hvor man skal sidde. 4 dejlige store soveværelser, hvoraf 3 har eget badeværelse og toilet. Alt er i provencalsk stil - sten og træ tilpasset nuancerne over i det blå, gule og grønlige farver. Alle rum er forskellige, hvilket gør huset meget spændende, men også lidt uoverskueligt.
Huset ligger i den gamle bydel og er bygget på fundamentet (remparts) der, hvor det gamle slot havde sin hjørnemur. Og man kan sagtens forestille sig, hvordan det var at holde udkig med venner og fjender der kom fra nabobyen Claviers som ligger i øjenhøjde ude i horisonten.
Dagen starter tidligt hos os. Gerne ved 5-6 tiden. Vi elsker, at stå op og gå tur med Sille. Sille er en 4 årig labrador som gerne vil have os med ud på en lang morgen-natur-tur. Så det gør vi ofte.
Men passer det ind, så vi kan nå at servere dejlig hjemmelavet morgenmad til vore B&B gæster.
Ja, vi har et B&B. Vore bedste værelser er omdannet til et godt sted at være, når der er tid til at relaxe i en forlænget weekend, en del af ferien eller hvornår man har lyst.
Lene's morgenmad er lidt ud over det sædvanlige og der lægges vægt på ordet 'hjemmelavet' - det være sig brød, rugbrød, stenalderbrød, syltetøj og frisk frugt, dertil æg, ost, skinke, yogurt, juice, kaffe og the.
Vores Master værelse er stort og mageligt indrettet med bad/toilet og med udgang til både overdækket og åben sydvendt terrasse med den skønneste udsigt.
Der er køleskab og mulighed for at nyde lidt mad på terrassen. Herligt at sidde og indtage stilheden. Ibis værelset er ligeledes dejligt stort med dusch/toilet og har en flot udsigt udover dalen.

Og mangler der noget, så kan det købes lige rundt hjørnet - der hvor torvet er og hvor man mødes.
Er man til små eller længere ture i området, er der rigeligt at tage sig til. Alt efter tid, lyst, temperament og formåen. Der er Gorges du Verdon - et Grand Canyon lignende sted - med både udsigt til ørne og gribbe, skønne bjerge, dejlige gå-ture eller river rafte på Gorgen og bade i søen. Der er plads til alle.
Der findes også små fine provencalske landsbyer med hver deres præg. Gå på opdagelse på de forskellige markeder, lige fra antikviteter til tøj og madvarer. Eller besøg de mange vingårde som byder på vinsmagning og hvor man kan købe det man har lyst til. Er man mere til kystbyerne og strandene er der næsten ingen grænser for oplevelser.

To be or not to be - in Network Marketing?
Network marketing can be a great way to start your own home-based business. You can start with just a small investment, and make it a long term business, so that you earn a residual income per month.
But this form of direct selling, which are a part of network marketing, is not for everyone. It does not require the major selling skills. But rather a strong personality. So find out if you are the right person or not. You can use an incredible amount of time to start your business, only to see that it does not go.
It has often been said that Network Marketing is an easy way to wealth. It is true that many people begin their Network Marketing business in their spare time, but there is often more to get the business running. It turns out that the residual income is not available neither the first few weeks or even months after it is started. So it's a good idea to have both time and money, when you are starting to get going.
The needed skills.
It's certainly not all are suitable for Network Marketing. You must be good to have contact with people and listen to them. You need to learn special skills and you need to be convincing. And everything you do is on your own time, so you must be organized, efficient and productive.
Do you want security from the start, where the fixed salary goes into the account each month, then a permanent job is better.
But there is an entrepreneur in all of us - and this is the one you need in Network Marketing.
